Torino Italy 2016

Torino, Italy 2016

13th Biennial Congress
September 15-17, 2016

Dear Colleagues,

The local organizing committee would be delighted to welcome you to the 13th Biennial EAOM congress to be held in Turin on 15th-17th September 2016. This is the first time Italy hosts an EAOM convention.

The 13th EAOM Congress will not only focus on state-of–the-art lectures but also on the most current concepts in Oral Medicine and Special Needs, with the aim to update both clinicians and researchers. The scientific programme will include clinico-pathological presentations, oral communications and poster sessions for young researchers. Discussions and debates among experts and well-known researchers will offer an intriguing occasion for scientific and professional growth.

EAOM 2016 will also be a wonderful opportunity to discover Turin and its great historical and architectural treasures, its wide choice of cultural activities and its world-famous tradition of food and Piedmont wines. Turin is a laboratory-city that has generated a number of leading Italian industries in a variety of sectors: automotive, aeronautics, space and communications as well as fashion and design, cinema, and publishing.

We are sure that the combined scientific and cultural activities of EAOM 2016 will make your stay in Turin unforgettable.

I would like to take this opportunity to offer my sincere thanks to everyone who attended the recent Turin meeting, and helped to make it such a great success. In particular, I would like to thank all of our trainees and junior colleagues who attended the meeting - many of whom presented posters and oral presentations. It was encouraging to see such a vibrant and enthusiastic cohort of young clinicians and scientists within oral medicine in Europe, and beyond.
